Jeff Post brings more than 30 years of specialty insurance, risk consulting, and program management experience to every client engagement. His career spans the full spectrum of the insurance value chain — from retail brokerage and wholesale E&S placements to program underwriting, captive risk financing, and carrier-level program development.

Jeff holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans — one of the most rigorous credentials in group benefits and human resources risk. He also holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation, reflecting deep expertise in contractor liability, wrap-up programs, and construction-related casualty lines.

As an Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI), Jeff is qualified to structure and advise on alternative risk financing vehicles including 831(b) micro-captives, group captives, and risk retention groups — tools that allow businesses to take meaningful control of their insurance costs and risk capital.

Jeff founded Trident Global Strategies to serve market segments that is consistently underserved by generalist brokers: individuals, families, businesses, associations, and program sponsors. From simple insurance strategies to complex, non-standard, or hard-to-place risks. His approach combines capital markets discipline with deep specialty market relationships — delivering program structures that are both technically sound and commercially competitive.
